By accessing or using ValiGift, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the service. Description of Service
ValiGift provides a free online tool for checking the available balance on prepaid gift cards. The service connects to card issuer verification systems to retrieve balance information on behalf of the user. ValiGift is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any card issuer, bank, or financial institution whose cards may be checked through the service.
Eligibility
ValiGift is available to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and who have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
Permitted Use
You may use ValiGift to check the balance on gift cards that you own or that you have been authorized to check. You may not use the service to check cards that do not belong to you without the cardholder's explicit permission. Automated or bulk balance checks are prohibited without prior written approval from ValiGift.

You should verify critical balance information with the card issuer directly before making financial decisions based on the results provided by ValiGift.
Service Availability
ValiGift is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. Maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary downtime. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by service interruptions.
Limitation of Liability
